What inspired you to become a founder?
Being unmotivated in mature organizations motivated me to venture into entrepreneurship.

Starting a company is exciting but also highly dependent on the founding individuals. Successes are exhilarating, but failures weigh heavily on the founder. To cope, I’ve learned to fully embrace the highs while being prepared for future challenges.

A tendency to procrastinate, especially when faced with challenging tasks, is a clear sign for me. Additionally, avoiding conversations about the issue is another red flag.
Could you share an instance when your mental health impacted your business and how you navigated through that?
After facing multiple rejections from investors, I began to doubt the business and myself. To overcome this, I reminded myself that the only way forward is to focus on the work and believe that things will improve.

Prospective founders should seriously consider their ability to handle the challenges of entrepreneurship. Having a co-founder can make a significant difference, offering support during tough times and sharing in the joys of success.
Who are in your support system, and how do you engage with them during challenging times?
My fiancée is my primary support, followed by fellow founders who understand the journey’s intricacies.

I’ve thought about seeking professional help, possibly through platforms like Betterhelp. I’ve heard positive feedback about talk therapy and am open to trying it.

It’s essential to recognize that mistakes and failures are part of the entrepreneurial journey. The key is to stay focused on your customers and avoid unnecessary comparisons with competitors.
How do you strive for a balance between your professional and personal life? Are there any particular boundaries or practices you’ve found helpful?
Merging my professional and personal life in a harmonious way has been beneficial. Introducing my loved ones to my team and gauging how much they’re willing to hear about the business helps in striking a balance.

Prioritize exercise, maintain a balanced diet, ensure adequate sleep, and limit alcohol consumption.
