A clear indicator is when my wife is stressed. Additionally, when I find myself unable to tolerate the presence of people around me and feel a potential panic attack approaching, even though I’ve never actually had one.

Mental health affects my business daily, influencing my motivation, concentration, and willpower. The nervous system is integral, but I’ve learned to manage it with the help of supplements and meditation.
