My desire to make change.

Yes, especially as a solo founder. Managing numerous tasks and facing uncertainties can be incredibly stressful.
What warning signs indicate to you that you might be feeling stressed or overwhelmed?
My HR, sleep, and recovery, which I monitor using Whoop.

Being a solo founder, I faced numerous challenges in the beginning, from funding to branding. The anxiety of not knowing if the venture would succeed was intense. Setting realistic goals, breaking tasks into smaller steps, and seeking solace in the gym helped me navigate those times.

The autonomy, while empowering, can also be isolating and bring about anxiety. The responsibility and risk can be burdensome, but I value the sense of purpose.

A few close friends and family members. Talking with them provides relief. I also find solace in long solitary walks.
